Pretty sad that it takes a company that many times with that many Supervisors to make a decision to hire someone to throw boxes and cups at a machine all day. Learned a lot about an automated aseptic packaging plant. By chance you survive the process and the group turns on you, polish up that resume. Work was technical repair and service work on night shift. Hardest part was working nights on a 2 man crew expected to support operations as the 8 people on days did. People got along, worked together, mostly good actors.

Was this review helpful? All too often the company lets people go because of the fit not the performance. Advancement within the company is very much attainable also. What are the steps along the way? They talk about family and security but the communication is null and the time you put in towards that company isn't appreciated. I've dealt with some longer processes in my career, both as an applicant and an interviewer, though this one is at the upper end.

They have let go of qualified individuals for petty things, but keep people that have caused division within departments, falsified documentation, and willingly discriminate against people in the facility.  Modified some VRT material handling equipment to perform better. |

Daisy Brand is the premier manufacturer of sour cream in the United States, producing a fresh products has outstripped the capacity of their sole facility in Garland, Texas and a decision was made to construct a second manufacturing plant.
Management was new to the business, but most capable in role.

Place was cut throat and they discriminate if people are overweight and older in age.
